If you purchased this item online deemed by mistake or due to a misunderstanding, then there will be a 15% cancellation and refund fee. You will NOT receive a full refund.
 
You are purchasing one (1) unit of all-ceramic crown with each quantity. For instance, if you like eight (8) crowns, then place eight (8) quantities in your cart. If you like to confirm how many units of crowns you'll need to restore your smile and to achieve your smile goal, then please contact us prior to making a purchase. We work with a renown Master-Ceramist for beautiful and natural crowns and depending on his work load, you may have a temporary crown on for up to 4 weeks.
 
NOTE: You will not receive any crowns through shipping or in the mail. This order is not to be shipped to any addresses. This is an online prepayment intended for PGH Smile Boutique patients only to be treated by Dr. Shieh for a smile makeover with crown(s) and to be scheduled at our office. Other additional fees such as gum contouring, temporary crown, and existing crown removal fee are NOT included with this purchase. All prices are subject to change without notice.
