All treatment listed below will requred an in-person formal consultation and teeth scan ($200 value FREE)
All new or existing patients are eligible

All consultation and teeth scans must be completed prior to or at NOON on Friday, 2/27/2026
All discounted treatment must be paid in full prior to NOON, Wednesday 1/30/2026
Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promos
No refunds eligible once we have scanned your teeth to initiate treatment
Refund is eligible ONLY if we haven't scanned your teeth. The total amount refunded will be the total paid less $750 (15%) for cancellation fee. In addition, if you paid with a credit/debit card, then another $150 will be deducted from your total refund amount for the 3% processing fee that we incurred when you paid online
