Personal

Rachel is a native of Pittsburgh area and has known Dr. Shieh for over 13 years.  Rachel had been in the health care field in both direct clinical patient care and in customer service administration for over 19 years.  Rachel is excited to bring her passionate health care experiences to PGH Smile Boutique team and to continue to serve our patients and our communities. 

 

On her free time, Rachel enjoys catching up with her close friends and spending time with her family (Dr. Shieh and their son, Braxton).  Rachel's hobbies include working out, traveling, dining, watching Netflix, fashion, and cooking.
